We have spent our lives responding when things happen.

We first met on shift in 2015 at an event while responding to a flood. (Chris was knee deep in water. Bill was indoors with a map and a radio.)

Between us we have decades of experience in incident response and training people in it, including in event safety, first response, energy infrastructure, military operations, and of course software development and tech.

We founded Albúinn to share the most important lessons we've picked up along the way. First and foremost: incident response is about people. The skills we train make good incident responders no matter the environment.
