Privacy

What we collect

We may collect basic personal information (name, email address, job title, etc.) if you contact us by email, book a call, sign up for our newsletter, or participate in our training.

How we use it

We collect this data to communicate with you to provide and manage our services, and send relevant materials and follow up with you in conjunction with them. For example, we may send a reminder of a workshop you are signed up to, or send you materials and ask for your feedback. Should you sign up to our newsletter we will send that to you from time to time.

We process your data on the basis of contract (to deliver services you've signed up for), legitimate interests (follow-up communication about them), and consent (our newsletter — you can unsubscribe at any time).

We keep your data only for as long as needed for these purposes, and delete it within a reasonable timeframe once it's no longer needed.

No data will be transferred to a third party except as needed for the delivery of our services.

Our website does not use identifiable information for analytics.

All data is held in either the EU/EEA or Switzerland.

We also use Discord, YouTube, and Instagram to run our community. These platforms are separate data controllers with their own privacy policies — we don't hold or store that data ourselves. As community admins/moderators we can remove members or content, but we don't control what these platforms collect or how they process it.

AI

We may use AI to identify themes in our community discussions (for example, in our Discord). We do this to inform our own products and services. We do not use your messages or personal data to train AI models. Only the resulting themes we identify — never your original messages — feed into our work.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of, and receive a copy of and reuse any of your data we hold. If you'd like to exercise any of these rights, email us.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk →) if you're unhappy with how we handle your data.
